Dalal is the number one agent I would use next time I want to buy a home. This woman truly fought for me. She was extremely responsive (text and email, with lightening speed) and ahead of the game at each step. She had info on pocket listings, scheduled viewings to accommodate our crazy schedules, and shared her honest opinion whenever it was solicited. She was so committed to finding us the perfect home that you would have thought she was looking for a home for her own daughter. I was pregnant with our first child and the market was hot when we looked. Time was of the essence. We were being outbid left and right, and she found an old listing that had fallen out of the open house circuit. I saw it, fell in love with it, and Dalal developed a great relationship with seller's agent. THIS IS THE BEST PART: Before we submitted the initial offer, she called the agent and asked what amount sellers would realistically accept, and got a number that was $25,000 below asking price. She got us a $25,000 discount before we even submitted the offer! I don't know how she did it. It shows her amazing skill. The rest of the transaction went smoothly thanks to Dalal. There were several bumps, but she was physically and mentally present at each stage and resolved the issues without allowing the stress to reach us. Even after the transaction closed, she helped me mediate a dispute with the sellers (we won!). She had no ongoing obligation to do that, but she jumped in when I asked her.
