  5. Custom cookies. Check with your local bakeries, as many can scan a digital image and use it to create photo cookies. This can be a great idea for setting your open houses apart, and also serves as a great item to help potential home buyers remember your listing.
  6. Consider purchasing small denomination gift cards in bulk (e.g., $5 gift cards to a coffee shop) and attach your business card. Just about everyone loves a cup of coffee, and they will appreciate the gesture.
