ABOUT US

OpenHouseDay was founded in August 2015 to help California home buyers find the most accurate open house information during their dream home search. We also help sellers who wish to attempt to sell their property on their own by giving them access to list their property on our website and schedule as many open houses as they deem needed. In the event that sellers are in need of assistance, We are here to help them sell their property.

Our advanced technology allows us to pull current data from one of the largest multiple listing service provider; CRMLS. Our information is updated every four (4) hours in order to provide the most up-to-date open house listings for all prospective homebuyers. We offer a day planner to buyers to better organize their weekend visit of the selected homes. An added benefit to buyers is getting instant notifications of any changes made by agents to any of the selected homes included on their planner. Our goal is to help make the complicated home buying process as easy and as efficient as possible! Buyers are encouraged to contact us if they are not working exclusively with an agent and are in need of personal assistance.

In addition to providing up-to-date open house information for buyers, we also serve as a platform for sellers to list their home and advertise to potential buyers by scheduling as many open house events as they need to. Of course, we are available to answer any questions our members may have. We are here to help!

MISSION

Simplicity, efficiency, and transparency are the core values and fundamentals upon which OpenHouseDay was built.

VISION

Our goal is to provide prospective home buyers with the most accurate real estate data available in the most efficient manner and to be the platform of choice for sellers who wish to attempt the sale of their property on their own. In either case, we are here to help both buyers and sellers!
